We know that cost is one of the first questions on your mind, and we're not going to dodge it. Here's how we think about pricing, and what actually drives the number on your estimate.


What changes the price

— Materials — the tier of materials you choose, from standard to premium
— Site conditions — what your specific property needs before and during the build
— Finish level — how detailed the finish work is


Where we stand
Our standard is quality first. We don't cut corners to hit a lower number, and we don't use materials we wouldn't put in our own homes. That said, we work with a range of budgets, and we'll always be upfront if a lower-budget option means a real trade-off versus one that doesn't.
If your budget is tighter, tell us. We'd rather build something smaller and done right than something bigger and done wrong.
